Rosmery Rodriguez

Hi, I’m Rosmery! I’m a  Masters level clinician and earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I provide counseling services in both English and Spanish and enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation challenges.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and strengths-based. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered techniques, trauma-informed care, and expressive interventions such as art and play therapy when appropriate.

I am especially passionate about helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy spending time with family, continuing my professional growth through trainings and education, and exploring new ways to support healing and resilience.
