Hannah-Lita Dobson, LCSW
My passion for social work was ignited upon entering into my initial role as a Case Manager at a local community center. Learning from and working with individuals from all walks of life provided me a sense of purpose and guidance towards my long-term goal - to provide support to others in a meaningful, non-judgmental way. Working for Real Help I yearn to cultivate a safe, welcoming and collaborative space for individuals to work on self-identified goals in a way that enhances personal growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to support my clients in addressing present challenges. I believe my prior experience working in various settings ranging from the hospital to home-based care has provided me with a solid foundation for working in the outpatient field while allowing me to continue my passion for human services.
