Gloria Diaz

Hi, I’m Gloria! I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida. I earned my Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Ana G. Méndez University in Puerto Rico. I have 8 years of experience providing trauma-informed care, counseling, and crisis support across school-based, community mental health, and telehealth settings.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral challenges, grief, and life transitions.

My approach is warm and non-judgmental, with a focus on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I meet each person where they are and work collaboratively to build on their strengths.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, behavioral strategies, and positive psychology. I focus on what works best for each person, tailoring sessions to your strengths, needs, and goals, and offering practical tools you can use in everyday life to support real, meaningful change.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and discovering new places, while also prioritizing wellness and self-care.
