I became a therapist for a multitude of reasons but the primary reasons being wanting to pursue a profession of helping others and supporting marginalized individuals/communities. It became clear to me that being a therapist was the perfect intersection between my interest in psychology, social justice and helping others. I currently work with folks of all ages and backgrounds and have particular experience providing support for depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges and supporting folks who identify as neurodivergent. A clinical passion of mine is working with folks who have experienced trauma and supporting them in safely exploring and understanding the impact of trauma on the body and mind and collaboratively identifying and developing skills and tools to support them in their day-to-day. I am also extremely passionate about having the privilege to work with underserved individuals/communities and having the opportunity to support my clients in fostering meaningful change in their lives.
