Celines Cruz

I am a compassionate mental health clinician dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life challenges. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bay Path University and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College.

My professional experience spans community mental health, behavioral health program management, and school-based counseling, providing me with a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs of children, families, and school communities. As a School Adjustment Counselor, I collaborate with students, caregivers, educators, and community providers to promote emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and support academic and social success.

My clinical approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family therapy interventions to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing practical coping skills and healthier patterns of functioning. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to reach their goals.

I have experience working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional and behavioral challenges, school-related concerns, family conflict, and life transitions. I believe that meaningful change occurs when children, families, schools, and community supports work together, and I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.

My goal is to empower every child and family with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive both at home and within their community.
